1Primary Purpose and Overall ive of the Job (to be defined in only one sentence):
?Be a communicator and an enthusiastic generalist who can manage growth and organizational change. Commercially driven, adept at problem solving, and has the ability to influence and persuade at different levels.
?Be able to champion and deliver key business messages and implement HR principles and policies that strategically support business ives.
?Be an interpreter between HR community and business departments to convey and convert needs and expectation in mutual way.
2Main Accountabilities (list key missions: 6 maximum, use verbs):
?Ensure all position approvals for hiring are received
?Liaise with hiring managers on position requirements and attributes required for staff and field force employees
?Identify the most appropriate sourcing channels
?Advertise Job Postings – Internal and External
?Conduct targeted ion interviews and develop appropriate feedback to be given to candidates and line managers
?Undertake reference checks and co-ordinate offer letters and rejection letters
?Track recruitment progress
?Establish, maintain and analysis hiring database and make quarterly recruitment report
?Organize campus recruiting as required
3Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
3.1Studies-Experience:
?B.S./B.A. Degree in HR Management or related degree.
?3 years’ experience in recruitment in MNCs, recruiting agency experience is a plus.
3.2Skills and Qualifications:
?Results-oriented proven ability to handle multiple and competing priorities.
?High energy level with a dynamic, positive .
?Have high level of commitment, punctuality and a willingness to adapt working hours to the demands of the workload.
?Must be extremely computer literate (MS Office products, Taleo a plus).
?Fluent English in speaking and written
