崗位職責(zé)：1. 主導(dǎo)客戶端技術(shù)規(guī)范要求解讀，確保其分解到DFMEA,CCSC,審核、監(jiān)督其實施和更新過程；2. 審核產(chǎn)品和過程開發(fā)技術(shù)要求，確保其按時順利釋放，并形成項目階段的產(chǎn)品審核內(nèi)容；3. 審核產(chǎn)品和過程變更方案的可行性和可制造性，監(jiān)督其驗證結(jié)果的完成度和準(zhǔn)確性；4. 參與并審核圖紙、D/PFMEA，CCSC/PCPS，流程圖等的形成，同時編制控制計劃（CP）；5. 形成并管理開發(fā)問題和過程問題清單，推動其解決并形成lessens learn；6. 編制過程統(tǒng)計控制圖(SPC)，根據(jù)控制圖進(jìn)行過程判定，推動工藝優(yōu)化過程；7. 主導(dǎo)開發(fā)階段的質(zhì)量問題的判定、攔截和圍堵，推動TOP問題的分析、整改，8. 按照項目計劃推進(jìn)質(zhì)量進(jìn)展，并按時提交質(zhì)量交付物。任職資格：1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械設(shè)計或車輛工程專業(yè)，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗；2、能熟練閱讀機(jī)械設(shè)計及電氣原理圖，熟練使用常用辦公軟件；3、熟練掌握常規(guī)質(zhì)量檢驗工具、設(shè)備；4、熟悉TS16949質(zhì)量體系；5、對商用車尤其重卡的構(gòu)造或制造有一定了解，有商用車質(zhì)量檢驗或管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
