崗位職責(zé)：1、負(fù)責(zé)微軟云系列產(chǎn)品，如 Office 365、Azure、Dynamics 365、Azure Open AI 等解決方案的銷售工作。2、了解客戶的業(yè)務(wù)需求，為客戶提供適合的云解決方案，并不斷挖掘客戶的其他業(yè)務(wù)需求，持續(xù)為客戶創(chuàng)造業(yè)務(wù)價(jià)值。3、積極拓展新客戶，維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系，提升客戶滿意度，保障客戶續(xù)約率。4、針對客戶復(fù)雜的業(yè)務(wù)需求項(xiàng)目，能夠與技術(shù)顧問協(xié)作，共同推進(jìn)銷售項(xiàng)目，并完成打單。5、全力以赴完成公司設(shè)定的銷售目標(biāo)，達(dá)成各項(xiàng)業(yè)績指標(biāo)。任職要求：1、有豐富的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠高效完成銷售任務(wù)，有軟件或云服務(wù)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。2、擁有較強(qiáng)的人際關(guān)系處理能力和敏銳的覺知能力，準(zhǔn)確把握客戶心理與需求。3、銷售能力強(qiáng)，較強(qiáng)的PPT 制作能力，能夠制作專業(yè)、吸引人的銷售演示文稿。4、較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力，不斷學(xué)習(xí)微軟云產(chǎn)品新知識和行業(yè)動態(tài)，不斷提升自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
