工作職責(zé)(Responsibilities):
1、利用各種招聘渠道發(fā)布招聘廣告，并維護(hù)拓展招聘渠道。
Through various of recruitment channels to release advertisement, maintain and expand recruitment channels.
2、負(fù)責(zé)職員和普工的招聘與面試。
Responsible for recruitment of staff and operators.
3、跟蹤評(píng)估各類(lèi)人才的使用情況，更新和維護(hù)人才儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)。
Track and uate the usage of all kinds of talents, update and maintain the talent pool.
4、提供招聘分析報(bào)告和企業(yè)人員結(jié)構(gòu)分析報(bào)告，協(xié)助上級(jí)掌握人力資源狀況。
Provide recruitment analysis report and personnel structure analysis report, assist the superior to master human resources conditions.
5、充分利用各種招聘渠道滿(mǎn)足公司的人才需求。
Make full use of various recruitment channels to meet the demand of the company.
6、處理上級(jí)交辦的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

任職資格(Qualification) :
1、大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷。
College degree or above.
2、2年以上人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有招聘模塊經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
Above 2 years work experience in HR and priority to recruitment function.
3、良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力。
Good command of English on reading and writing.
