Main Responsibilities主要職責(zé)

1.Concept design 概念設(shè)計(jì)
2.Assembly drawing development 裝配圖設(shè)計(jì)
3.Pneumatic drawing 氣路圖及BOM
4.Release BOM 下發(fā)采購清單及備件清單
5.Release operator manual,make training 制作操作文檔及相關(guān)培訓(xùn)
6.Detail drawing and manufacturing spec definition 詳圖和加工規(guī)范定義
7.Communicate with customer for technical clarification, understand customer’s requirement 與客戶做技術(shù)澄清，了解客戶的詳細(xì)需求
8.Basic tech proposal with best cost 基于最低成本的技術(shù)方案

?Guide and assign the mechanical engineer to the proper and more suitable activity. 指導(dǎo)并安排、監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目中其他成員的工作。
?Define the machine and tool concept and share with the Control Engineer the system correct application 定義機(jī)械和控制的概念，并且與控制工程師分享設(shè)備的應(yīng)用概念，時(shí)序
?Develop the mechanical groups and the cycle diagram of the station starting from machine schemes.開發(fā)機(jī)械部套和節(jié)拍圖
?Define the correct manufacturing spec with detail drawings 詳圖中的加工規(guī)范制定
?Choose the best technical solutions using Hongmao-Auto standards 選擇符合鴻懋規(guī)范的最佳技術(shù)方案
?Drive and checks suppliers’ work progress 推動(dòng)和檢查供應(yīng)商的工作進(jìn)展
?Response to the failure/risk discovered in project execution phase 針對(duì)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中的問題和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)做出快速響應(yīng)
?In charge the achievement of time and costs targets of his part of project defined and shared with the T.L. 達(dá)到項(xiàng)目要求的時(shí)間和成本要求

?Deep knowledge standards and special applications 深入的汽車行業(yè)機(jī)械裝配知識(shí)規(guī)范和特殊的應(yīng)用
?Intermediate knowledge of Office 微軟office軟件
?Advanced CAD (2D/3D) user CAD 2D/3D制圖及相關(guān)軟件如AutoCad,Soliworks
?Follow or improve the company processes 遵守并優(yōu)化公司的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)流程
?Spare parts,Preventive maintenance備品備件，預(yù)防性維護(hù)等相關(guān)知識(shí)
?Internal product (assembly lines) 汽車動(dòng)力總成裝配線相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?Internal product (flexible lines) 其它柔性生產(chǎn)線相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?Experience with ball screw, linear guide,nut runner,servo motor,cylinder,valve etc 對(duì)滾珠絲杠，線性滑軌，擰緊槍，伺服電機(jī)，氣缸，電磁閥等應(yīng)用比較熟悉
?Technical English language 簡單的技術(shù)英語
