Position summary/工作概述:
To be responsible for project development and industrialization activities in targeted time frame, cost, project delivery as well as proper project documentation.

Main job assignment/主要工作任務(wù)(In order of importance, indicate the essential functions of the position)
1.Set up project plan, identify all project activities, update the project plan regularly.
2.Set up project investment budget and monitor project cost at each milestone.
3.Monitor project status/core actions like trial run, PSA run/SPVR run, lead project team to solve all technical, quality and capacity issues etc in project stage, organize regular project meeting to secure project running as planned.
4.Regularly and aperiodically communicate with customer to report project status using status report, know customer’s requirement etc to secure close communication and good relationship with customer.
5.Organize milestone meeting with project team, summarize milestone report, etc.
6.Follow up all changes from customer using ECN in project stage.
7.To ensure proper documentation of project activities and project/product specification.
8.Assist on sourcing for developing potential vendor to secure resources for the project like technical know how, jig/fixture/tool development or supply of specific material/part, etc.
9.To perform any other works as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications/任職條件(List the MINIMUM qualifications required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.)
1.Bachelors degress in engineering.
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience for project manager or 2 years’ experience for project engineer in Mechanical Design, Injection Molding, Tool Making or Project Management.
3.Good at project plan and oversee, schedule work activities.
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills for co-operating with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
5.A mature individual who is result-oriented, aggressive, committed and pro-active with good leadership qualities.
