職責(zé)描述：
1. Establishing and monitoring new processes and / or changes to existing processes to ensure they are designed to support Continuous Improvement (CI) activities for each assigned site (Design for Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practice).
2. Contribute critical expertise to the advanced manufacturing and engineering centers to ensure each process, product and plant layout is proactively designed to support Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices prior to launch.
3. Lead and support GPS system implement in GAS.
4. Develops reports of overall Continuous Improvement activities including accomplishments, participation, projected activities, and anticipated needs.
5. Use lean assessment tool to guild and monitor each area. Coordinates with related departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction.
6. Lead the CI workshop in GAS.
7. Coach the engineering, production and logistic team in Continuous Improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practice).
8. Coordinator and monitor the suggestion program in GAS.
9. Responsibilities for the whole plant layout update and optimize.

任職要求：
1.Mechanical,engineering and related major ,with bachelor degree or above;
2. 5 years or more welding fixture and site working experience , be familiar with caron dioxide, mig welding, and mag welding (Welding robot is preferred);
3.High skills of operation by hand and site issue solving;
4.Know the mechanical machining knowledge;
5.Good communication skills and team-working spirit;
6.Fluent English skills;

我們在中國的首家工廠成立于2008年，位于江蘇省昆山市，自此開始正式進(jìn)入中國市場。海斯坦普的上海辦公室于2007年7月成立，于2009年升級為海斯坦普亞太區(qū)管理總部。集團(tuán)自2010年收購了愛德夏后，開啟了迅猛發(fā)展的模式，于2011年收購了蒂森克虜伯金屬成型武漢工廠，在短短的3年內(nèi)新建了5個(gè)工廠（2012年的重慶工廠、2013年的沈陽工廠、2013年的昆山愛德夏工廠、2014年的東莞工廠和2014年的昆山工廠2期）。目前，在中國制造的關(guān)鍵汽車零部件主要有：A柱總成、B柱總成、地板加固件、牽引力操縱桿、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸掛機(jī)架、門檻板、車門鉸鏈，車門限位器，自動(dòng)開閉系統(tǒng)和駕駛控制系統(tǒng)等。截止至2016年，我們主要的客戶有大眾、福特、標(biāo)致、通用、寶馬、吉利沃爾沃、捷豹路虎、戴姆勒、廣汽、現(xiàn)代、本田和雷諾-尼桑。

隨著海斯坦普集團(tuán)在中國地區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展， 我們即將在中國天津武清開發(fā)區(qū)建立一家全新的工廠，計(jì)劃于2017年建成投產(chǎn)，辦公地址位于天津市 武清開發(fā)區(qū) 泉匯路開源道附近。海斯坦普天津工廠將主要為京津地區(qū)的客戶提供卓越的產(chǎn)品解決方案，如北京奔馳、北汽福田、一汽大眾、一汽豐田等。
