Research Manager
Job Purpose
Find the right experts with the most relevant background and experience to meet our clients’ needs and help them gain critical insights on macro issues or niche subjects, into industries and key markets to ensure the success of their business or investments

Duties and responsibilities
Approaching& connecting experts:
Accumulate wide range of industry knowledge, in-depth knowledge in healthcare industry would be a plus
Build up relationship with experts in different industries, human networking in one specific industry is preferred
Be capable of handling work and projects independently
Lead analysts to fulfill multi projects in an efficient way
Coach junior analysts to develop their capabilities and execution

Approaching& connecting clients:
Serve all types of clients and know well about existing clients
Maintain existing client relationship on initiative, come up with solutions to improve consumption
Attend clients’ sales plan meeting to develop business

Inner Management:
Guide and assess junior analysts’ performance
Stick to the company culture, proactive to improve engagement and team spirit
Compose training materials and develop subordinates

Qualifications
Solid academic background
Bachelor degree or above
Prefer healthcare focused with 3 years of relevant experience
Ideally have great connections/network within the doctors/pharmaceutical field
Fluent English speaking and writing, proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

職位描述：
專家聯(lián)系具體工作
1.有能力獨(dú)立完成全部工作；
2.帶領(lǐng)并在執(zhí)行方面指導(dǎo)多名Analysts高效完成多個(gè)項(xiàng)目；
3.熟悉多個(gè)行業(yè)并在某一領(lǐng)域具有相當(dāng)?shù)娜嗣}關(guān)系，可以培訓(xùn)Junior Analysts該行業(yè)知識(shí)；
4.不斷對(duì)內(nèi)部流程/培訓(xùn)等方面提供改善意見。

客戶聯(lián)系具體工作
1.作為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理服務(wù)所有類型客戶并充分了解現(xiàn)有客戶；
2.積極維持現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系；對(duì)于客戶和用戶進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)并提出切實(shí)有效的改善方案；
3.主動(dòng)參與新客戶的銷售會(huì)議并開拓新客戶。

內(nèi)部管理具體工作
1.對(duì)Junior Analysts進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和評(píng)估；
2.主動(dòng)并有效的提倡公司文化和提高團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；
3.有能力制作培訓(xùn)材料和培訓(xùn)下屬員工。

崗位要求：
本科或以上學(xué)歷；
3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
有醫(yī)院或者制藥相關(guān)行業(yè)人脈和專家網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)先；
英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)流利；
出色的溝通能力和人際交往能力；
粵語(yǔ)流利者優(yōu)先。
