Position SummaryThis role is responsible for Zeiss photo business, including key customer management, sell-in & sell-out delivery, channel expansion and activities implmentation. Responsibilities include leading the design and production of POSM, developing GwP, managing the distribution and usage of demo lenses, and KOL ****ion/relationship management based on brand fit. The role also maintains regular contact with global colleagues to leverage HQ resources and ensure strategic alignment.RequirementsEducation?Bachelor’s degree or above.Experience?Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in territory sales or key account management in MNC, familiar with customer management at headerquarter level and implementation with regional dealers to drive sell-out. Trade marketing experience would be a plus.Other skills1、Highly organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined. A quick learner, a good team p**** that can work under pressure.?2、Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills3、Proficient in using excel and powerpoint4、Good in English and Chinese(both written & spoken)5、Available to travel as needed6、A photography addict would be a plus.Main TasksCustomer Management & Sales Achievement1、Customer management & engagement, including but limited to annual contract negotiation, joint business planning and budget control.2、Plan & implement photo sales strategy from high level to field, monitor & measure in store execution, make regular customer & store visit to deliver sell-in and sell-out target.3、Provide sales forecast based on actual sales performance to operation teamChannel Expansiton & Activitie Implmentation1、Initiative channel expansion & drive penetration in T2 ****s to increase sales.2、Monitor the consumer journey touch points at retail level to adjust sales strategy accordingly to balance online/offline, flagship store/dealer-run store sales volume to maximize ZEISS total brand awareness and revenue.3、Organize photo lens regular touch and trail activities and launch event for core dealers in key cities, communicate with internal team and external customers and agencies for the operation details and implementation.4、Intiate POSM design and production, develop GwPs in line with sales strategy to help further drive sales growth.5、Review the activities result and follow-ups.KOL Management & Application image1、Identify, ****ute and **** photo KOLs based on brand fit, incfluence, photographic **** and with insights on exisiting & newly launched products,?2、Manage the professionla relationships with photo KOLs, including negotiotion, briefing on application images and channel activities collaboration3、Record and deliver demo lens for KOLs and channel customers for trail.4、Sign contract and monitor the usage of the lens.Global Connection & Others1、Contact with global colleagues and attend regular meetings with global team to review and levegae the resources from HQ.2、Other work assigned by line manager.
