工作職責(zé)：
1.了解客戶需求以及提供根據(jù)需求提供相應(yīng)的解決方案；
2.技術(shù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，確保后續(xù)開(kāi)發(fā)和架構(gòu)相對(duì)應(yīng)；
3.培訓(xùn)初級(jí)開(kāi)發(fā)工程師；
4.確保項(xiàng)目根據(jù)計(jì)劃交付；

崗位要求：
1.計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷 4年以上Salesforce或者Apex或者Java或者.Net相關(guān)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2.具有良好的溝通能力的專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
3.具有編寫(xiě)需求或者設(shè)計(jì)文檔的能力；
4.熟悉軟件開(kāi)發(fā)生命周期；
5.具備快速預(yù)估項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)周期的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
6.工作態(tài)度積極向上，主動(dòng)完成工作內(nèi)容以及具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
7.具備優(yōu)化開(kāi)發(fā)流程的能力。

Role & Responsibility:
1.Communicate with the client, understand business requirements, and provide technical solutions accordingly.
2.Architecture design and ensure detail designs are aligned with the architecture.
3.Technical trainings for junior resources.
4.Ensure projects are delivered per the project plan.
5.Possible travel requirements.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.
2.Above 4 years’on-hands experience as a salesforce/Java/Net/Apex developer.
3.Professional team player with excellent communication skills.
4.Capabilities of drafting the requirement/design document.
5.Familiarity with software development life cycle.
6.Experience in the quick estimation.
7.Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skill. Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
8.Good team-work spirit. Capabilities of upgrading and improving on the development process
