JD:
-Coordinate facilities move
-Provide logistics (hotel, car, etc) assistance for Redmond team visits
-Team administrative support
-Manage expense report submission, ensuring timely processing and approvals.
-Track PO and IO records
-Represent the team as needed in sight related activities and work
Qualifications:
-Must have Native Chinese language skills, and good English skills
-Good interpersonal skills in working with teams and cross group stakeholders.
-Ability to manage and organize projects
-Ability to be clear and concise in decision making.
-Ability to work through ambiguity.
