該職位向產(chǎn)品策略及市場總監(jiān)匯報，負責公司及產(chǎn)品的宣傳推廣和品牌管理，利用高效的宣傳手段，確保正確的信息傳達至市場；跟蹤市場動態(tài)及行業(yè)趨勢，為公司產(chǎn)品發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供目標市場及行業(yè)對手分析，促進業(yè)務(wù)的增長。
Reporting to Director- Product Strategy & Marketing, this job accounts for company communications, products promotion, and branding management.，by effective marketing plan and execution, this job is to ensure right message is delivered ; Track the market dynamic and industry trend, delivery the target market and industry analysis for company product strategy this job is ensure the business growth is driven.

具體工作內(nèi)容
Detail working scope

負責公司和產(chǎn)品宣傳資料及樣本的制作、客戶體驗中心/網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)和維護、展會等市場推廣工作；
Own the marketing literature and product brochures, develop and maintain the customer demo-room ,websites, exhibition, and etc. , which related to marketing promotion ;
利用恰當?shù)男麄髅浇椋S護公司品牌形象，公共關(guān)系，確保公司及產(chǎn)品正確的市場定位及信息傳達；
Enhance market position and visibility, develop public relationship, incl. major news agency, influential industry magazines, newspapers, etc. to meet the business growth needs;
跟蹤市場動態(tài)及行業(yè)趨勢，通過市場數(shù)據(jù)分析目標行業(yè)、競爭對手及產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展情況，采用相關(guān)渠道提升公司產(chǎn)品知名度，拉動產(chǎn)品需求；
Track the market dynamic and industry trend, analyze marketing resource, target industry, market competitors and their products status, improve products’ brand according to various channels , drive the product requirement;
參與行業(yè)協(xié)會活動，充分利用行業(yè)滲透提升公司形象；
Develop relationship with influential industrial associations and identify beneficial leverages;

所需技能
Required skills

積極主動的工作態(tài)度，創(chuàng)新精神，及執(zhí)行力；
Pro-active, innovative and enthusiastic to deliver results;
4年以上年市場推廣相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；獨立組織大型活動的能力及經(jīng)驗；
4yrs of experience in market communication or PR position; experience in organizing large scale customer events;
良好的市場數(shù)據(jù)收集、分析、提煉能力,具有良好的媒介關(guān)系；
Good skills on marketing resource tracking, analyzing and extracting, good relationship with medias or PR agency;
良好的語言及溝通能力；
Good English spoken and written skills is a must;
熟練使用各種辦公軟件，良好的IT應(yīng)用能力，掌握現(xiàn)代通訊媒介及工具;
Good application on various office software, skills on IT application, and modern communication medias & tools;
工程類專業(yè)背景更好;
Engineering background is preferred;
具備工業(yè)或軟件行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先考慮。
Prefer candidates with industry/software background.

XD Electric Co., Ltd.
