職責(zé)描述：
?Provide all necessary arrangement for Company’s visitors or any person whom company deems appropriate, including transportation, reservation of accommodation.
?Make meeting arrangement for all the visitors.
?Reservation of air ticket for all the departments and ensure the on-time delivery.
?Make hotel accommodations to all the departments when they are on business trips.
?Associate with external agents in regards to services provided to company i.e. cleaning or plant, etc.
?Monitor performance of drivers and report to General Manager.
?Claim all the office cost including cleaning, plant etc.
?Preparation of various relevant data or report when required by General Manager or authorized person.
?Assist in secretarial duties to General Manager.
?Various related administrative duties as assigned by General Manager or authorized person.
?Assist to General Manager to concentrate on cost reduction, for example, cleaning, plant, etc.
?Handling expatriate issues such as processing work permit, residence permit. visa, payment, transportation etc.
