職責(zé)描述：
Responsible for delivering high quality localized products and content. Self-starter, proactive, collaborative and dedicated to meeting deadlines and producing results. Thrives working in a culturally diverse and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with product R&D team to provide project management support for localization projects across multiple languages. Develop detailed baseline project plans; managing concurrent projects and recognizing their interdependencies; tracking/managing projects to successful completion; working with external vendors and monitoring their progress; communicating status; maintaining project documentation; and implementing process improvement initiatives. He or she will work closely with language specialists, functional QA engineers, product development, external vendors, and internal business partners.
Responsibilities:
* Work with product R&D team, content authors, language specialists, functional QA engineers and external vendors to deliver international content and products on time and with high linguistic quality.
* Drive localization project management for specific product(s) from inception to launch, including resource allocation, scheduling, communication across stakeholders, as well as quality and risk management.
* Manage aspects of product localization finances, including scope and budget analysis.
* Contribute to department initiatives including translation quality, process and tools improvements.
* Work collaboratively with the internal localization team and external suppliers to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the localization process.

任職要求：
* Bachelor’s degree business, linguistics, and/or a relevant field, or equivalent working experience in the Localization industry.
* Solid experience in localization of technology products and localization project management with a focus on large-scale/complex projects and distributed teams.
* Track record of successfully managing complex projects involving outside resources.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing team collaboration skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management are required.
* Knowledge of localization industry standard tools, especially Passolo.
* Knowledge of project management software tools and management techniques
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills and needs to have experience applying these skills to resolve technical issues
* The candidate should have solid experience with formal and agile software development life cycles
