主要工作Main missions:
1.建立、跟蹤和調(diào)整部門(mén)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，配合經(jīng)理并完成分配的開(kāi)發(fā)小組內(nèi)的工作；
Establish, track and adjust the department’s project schedule, cooperate with the manager completing the work assigned by the development team;
2.協(xié)助建立、貫徹項(xiàng)目組管理制度；
Assist in establishing and implementing the project management system;
3.使用問(wèn)題升級(jí)、月度匯報(bào)等工具，確保重大問(wèn)題得到有效遏制并盡快解決；
Using tools such as problem upgrading and monthly, ensure that significant issues are effectively contained and resolved as soon as possible;
4.建立、跟蹤和調(diào)整項(xiàng)目整體進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，配合經(jīng)理并完成分配的開(kāi)發(fā)小組內(nèi)的工作；
Establish, track and adjust the overall progress plan of the project, cooperate with the manager and complete the work assigned by the development team;
5.對(duì)潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別，并采取有效的措施進(jìn)行預(yù)防；
Identify potential risks and take effective measures to prevent them;
6.協(xié)助整車(chē)部門(mén)與研發(fā)其他部門(mén)溝通，同時(shí)向部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及研發(fā)項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目工作；
Assist the whole vehicle department to communicate with R&D department, and report the project to department leader and R&D project leaders;
7.負(fù)責(zé)整車(chē)部門(mén)中,項(xiàng)目相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、文件的傳遞與歸檔，跟蹤、督促；
Be responsible for the transmission and filing of project related data and documents in the whole vehicle department;
8.負(fù)責(zé)組織整車(chē)部門(mén)日常技術(shù)評(píng)審及記錄工作；
Be responsible for organizing the daily technical review and record work of the whole vehicle department;
9.協(xié)助整車(chē)部門(mén)接待來(lái)訪客戶(hù)；
Assist the whole vehicle department to receive visiting customers;
10.負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它臨時(shí)性的技術(shù)調(diào)研工作。
Be responsible for the Temporary technology investigation work arranged by the leader.

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷，汽車(chē)工程或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)，3年及以上汽車(chē)行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)或具有整車(chē)廠相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering or related major；at least 3 years related working experience in automotive project management or have worked in OEM with related experience；
2. 具有良好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力及英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力；
Good organizational coordination ability, Fluent English communication in writing and speaking；
3. 正直誠(chéng)信，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)組織管理能力，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，具有較強(qiáng)的壓力承擔(dān)能力；
Integrity and compliance ;high sense of responsibility；Good communication,coordination and management skills；teamwork and pressure resistance ability；
4. 可適應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)外出差；
Willing to travel frequently both domestically and abroad；
5. 熟練駕駛。
Have driver’s liscense。
