崗位職責(zé)：
1、動(dòng)力電池系統(tǒng)模組結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和模組相關(guān)零部件設(shè)計(jì)選型。

2、現(xiàn)用電池模組方案分析，實(shí)現(xiàn)電芯的模組集成方式、工藝、分析優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。
Analysis of existing battery module。Battery module integration method, process, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages
3、電池模組設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)審和優(yōu)化。
Review and improvement of battery module。
4、動(dòng)力電池系統(tǒng)零部件加工設(shè)計(jì)方案和生產(chǎn)工藝評(píng)審和改善。
Parts processing design and production process technic review of RESS.
5、動(dòng)力電池系統(tǒng)零部件圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)和輸出。
2D and 3D drawing design and output of RSEE.
6、動(dòng)力電池系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證和測(cè)試。
Mechanical experimental validation and test of power battery system.
7、生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)化和質(zhì)量一致性檢查。
Production process improvement and quality consistency check
8、各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作

職位要求：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，汽車(chē)工程/機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造/自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，英語(yǔ)溝通能力良好;
bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering / mechanical design / manufacturing / automation, bachelor degree or above, good written and spoken English skills;
2、3年或以上整車(chē)企業(yè)或汽車(chē)零部件企業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
at least 3 years above working experience in automobile related field;
3.、熟悉電動(dòng)汽車(chē)動(dòng)力電池結(jié)構(gòu)及制造工藝，了解相關(guān)性能要求。
familiar with the electric vehicle power battery structure and manufacturing process, understand the relevant performance requirements.
4、 熟悉整車(chē)電氣接口，新能源車(chē)輛電器控制原理及邏輯，動(dòng)力電池控制系統(tǒng)，電氣和電控原理，熟悉電池高壓安全原理;
familiar with vehicle electrical interface, new energy vehicle electrical control principle and logic, power battery control system, electrical and electronic control principle, battery Pressure safety principle;
5、了解整車(chē)項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā)流程以及相關(guān)整車(chē)結(jié)枸;
understand the development process of vehicle project and related vehicle structure；
6.、熟練使用辦公軟件和UG等軟件；
skilled use of office software, master use of UG；
7、 具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神并且善于溝通；
good team player and good communication skills；
