Job Purpose:
這個職位主要負(fù)責(zé)驅(qū)動橋、輪胎輪輞，傳動軸、制動系統(tǒng)、零部件的選型、設(shè)計、改進(jìn)，為新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入和現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的持續(xù)改進(jìn)提供支持。
This position is mainly responsible for selection, design and improvement of axle ,tire &rim ,drive shaft ,brake system and components to support the product development and improvement.

工作職責(zé):
Job Responsibilities:
1、獨(dú)立承擔(dān)驅(qū)動橋、輪胎輪輞，傳動軸、制動系統(tǒng)、零部件設(shè)計；進(jìn)行可行性分析，提出設(shè)計方案，完成零部件設(shè)計；
Be responsible for axle ,tire &rim ,drive shaft ,brake system/components of CQL products. Proceed feasibility analysis, put forward the design scheme, and complete components design;
2、獨(dú)立與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流，確定技術(shù)方案，簽訂技術(shù)協(xié)議；
Be responsible for technical communication with suppliers, determine the technical proposal, and sign technical agreement;
3、獨(dú)立進(jìn)行技術(shù)支持及現(xiàn)場技術(shù)服務(wù)；
Complete the technical support and on-site technical services independently;
4、液壓系統(tǒng)和零部件常見故障分析與解決；
Analyze and solve the common failure of axle , tire &rim ,drive shaft ,brake system and components.
5、獨(dú)立完成相關(guān)技術(shù)文件的編制；
Compile related technical documents independently;
6、協(xié)助進(jìn)行一般技術(shù)管理工作；
Assist with general technical management work;

背景/經(jīng)驗(yàn):
Background/Working Experience
1.機(jī)械設(shè)計等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上后傳動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Bachelor or above, more than 3 years Lower Powertrain design experience;
2.積極進(jìn)取，愿意學(xué)習(xí)新知識，工作扎實(shí)主動，能熟練使用Proe進(jìn)行二維及三維繪圖及管路繪圖，熟練運(yùn)用ERP系統(tǒng)；
Aggressive, willing to learn new knowledge, proactive, familiar with Pro/e to design 2D and 3D drawing and hose design, also proficient in ERP system;
3.良好的溝通能力及協(xié)調(diào)能力，對具體問題能夠做出準(zhǔn)確分析并及時解決；
Good communication ability and coordination skills, can analysis and solve the relevant issue accurately and timely;
4.誠實(shí)正直，敢于承擔(dān)責(zé)任，具有吃苦耐勞精神及團(tuán)隊意識，認(rèn)同團(tuán)隊文化；
?Integrity, strong sense of responsibilities, hard-working and teamwork;
5.有較好的英語溝通及交流能力。
Good English communication skill.
