職責(zé)描述:
1)帶領(lǐng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成業(yè)務(wù)總監(jiān)布置的年度銷售指標(biāo)
Take lead of the sales team to complete the yearly sales KPI budgeted by the Commercial Director
2)協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)總監(jiān)完善銷售管理制度并有效執(zhí)行
Assist the Commercial Director to improve and consummate sales management in perfection and execute effectively
3)通過(guò)專業(yè)的市場(chǎng)分析,準(zhǔn)確定位目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和識(shí)別重要潛在客戶
Identify target market and key sales prospects via professional market analysis
4)管理銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)確保銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的業(yè)務(wù)有序進(jìn)行
Manage the sales team to guarantee the smooth of the business
5)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)及日常考核
Provide sales training programs and regular performance appraisal for the sales team
6)負(fù)責(zé)把控銷售合同簽訂的流程及管理
Manage all sales contract signature process
7)管理銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的客戶管理系統(tǒng)
Manage the sales team CRM system
8)定期召開(kāi)銷售會(huì)議,完成各項(xiàng)銷售工作報(bào)告
Convene regular sales pipeline meetings and complete all sales report accordingly
任職要求:
1)八年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少三年以上銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有任職大型企業(yè)相關(guān)崗位者優(yōu)先考慮
At least 8 years of sales working experience with at least 3 years of sales team management experience, it is a priority to the one who worked for large scale enterprises with the same position
2)優(yōu)秀的業(yè)務(wù)談判能力和市場(chǎng)分析能力
Excellent skills in business negotiation and market analysis
3)優(yōu)秀的工作效率、時(shí)間管理能力和抗壓能力,能在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)
Excellent work efficiency and time management with compressive capability and complete the business KPI in terms of target timeline
4)具備一定的企業(yè)客戶資源和社交人脈
Corporate business resources and networking resources is a must
5)優(yōu)秀的社交能力、溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力
Excellent social networking, communication and team leadership capability
6)大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷,中英文流利
Bachelor degree above with good language skills both in English and Mandarin
