Responsibility:
1. To create, review and negotiate different kinds of commercial contracts, intra-group contract, rules and other related legal documents.
2. To manage the legal administration of the company (chop, licenses, registration, POA, BOD, DOA etc).
3. To provide day to day legal advice to responsible sports to support China Passion Brand’s daily operation.
4. To handle disputes by legal support (administration, litigation, arbitration, etc.). Mainly to lead government investigation and customer compliant related to products.
5. To manage DECATHLON products China homologation and conformity in collaboration with technical team (product engineer, package engineer, lab engineer etc) and International Business Legal team in Campus.
6. To closely work with Campus IP team to secure our exploitation and fight against counterfeiting of our brands and passion innovative products in China market.
7. To create, organize and give different kinds of legal trainings.
8. Other legal missions assigned by the manager

Profile:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in law
2. Quick learner with good logic,communicative and adapted to change
3. Sports enthusiastic, self-disciplined, service and business oriented
4. Fluent in written and oral English
5. Good legal writing and analysis skill
6. Master to use Word, Excel and all kinds office facilities
7. Capable and willing to work under pressure and challenge
8. 2-3 years’ solid working experience in legal department of MNCs. Retail or FMCG background is appreciated.
